Wolter Wierbos will join the music faculty at the renowned ArtEZ Hogeschool in Arnhem this September. Headed by pianist, composer Michael Braam, ArtEZ has one of the most forward thinking curricula of the Netherlands. They also host a faculty of some of the greatest musicians and improvisers of the region, including Doek’s own Wilbert de Joode. Now trombonists will have a chance to study with one of the greatest living trombonists in improvised music.
