doek festival 2019: the market
It’s coming up to Doek Festival time of year again. This year we’re turning the Bimhuis upside down for our own production: The Market. For two glorious days the Bimhuis will be transformed into a meeting place where all sorts of exchanges take place, from goods and services to smells, flavours, cultures, sounds, glances, blushes, curses and currency. We are super happy with the programmes for the coming three evenings of SITP ft Doek/The 2nd Stop is Jupiter in 
Yes everybody, it’s that time again. After an extended summer break we are back in De Ruimte on every second Friday of the month. First up is Space is the Place ft. Doek with a solo set from one of the Doek members followed by a set featuring a Doek group. Then we put on our dancing shoes for 2nd Stop is Jupiter, with Cumbia, jazz and other crazy rhythms.
2018’s Doek Festival, This Is Our Music, has been over for some time now, but we hope it’s still clear in the memory of those of you who attended.
