Doek Festival receives Effe label

The Doek Festival has been approved to receive the EFFE label. EFFE stands for European Festivals, Festivals for Europe. Carrying the label means the Doek Festival will be promoted by EFFE and be placed in the running for the EFFE awards, to be announced in September.
